Total number of medical seats in India is around 60000-65000.About 50-60% of the total seats belongs to General category. So its almost impossible for you to get a government MBBS or BDS college with this marks.This year there is a chance of increase in the cutoff marks for NEET. You may try for the private colleges if you want to pursue. Though it will cost quite high.
