You have scored very low percentile with this percentile it is difficult to get seat based on previous year's cut-offs. You can try for Management quota seat.
Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
---> Caste Category of the students
---> Number of students appeared in the exam
---> Difficulty level of the exam
---> Number of seats available, etc.
