As mention your rank ASM 110022 in AP eamcet. 2019 and you also mention that you are from farmer background and BC- B category.
To take a government college it might be difficult with you rank ..as for government colleges ..the rank should under 5000..for SVU area.
There are some colleges and there cut-off rank for b.sc agriculture in ap eamcet:-
