Don't Miss: JEE Seat Matrix
Hey there ,
In order to qualify for jee advance ,one must score 5.0 percentage in each subject according to the latest scheme.
Well for SC/ST students it is necessary to clear the cutoff of the aggregate as well as that of the subjects individually.
To Clear the cutoff you need to score an aggregate of 17.5 in the whole Exam ,
and 5.0 in the subjects individually.
To qualify you need to score 65 and above in the exam .which means atleast 5 marks and above per subjects ,as to be expected.
Since, the advance results are yet to be declared,so it is difficult to predict.
i would suggest to wait for the results.
And about the top IIt'S ,they usually have a higher cutoff,so it might be difficult to get in the top ones.
All the best!
Hello Saurav
As admission is done on basis of rank only ; and we can not predict your exact rank because it will depend upon exam difficulty level and other students ( how many students perform better than you ).
So you have to wait till exact rank will be out.
Although you need to secure rank under 50-60 for top IIT s otherwise you can get CSE in middle ranked IIT s in 300-400 rank also ( it will vary according to exact conditions ).
So good luck
Solving the JEE Advanced paper's will help to know the exam difficult level and identify the high weightage topics.
