is there any chance to get govt medical college in round 1 ,2 counselling my score is 530 neet general haryana

See on such marks and category you have very less chances of getting any government medical college in Haryana because they generally have cut-offs around 580-600 but you have good chances of getting some Private medical colleges in Haryana under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
