Hello aspirants,
Neet is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS and other medical and paramedical coursesin India. The exam is organised by the National Testing Agency.
Admissions through NEET are basically categorised in two types of quota i.e., All India Quota (AIQ) and State Level Quota. All India Quota comprises 15 per cent of the overall seats and the rest of the 85 per cent are filled under state-level quota.
As per your question, you have got 520 marks in neet which is a very good score, you can get government MBBS seat under state quota very easily. As you haven't mentioned your category so its quite difficult to predict about AIQ, As cut-off for AIQ are high for general quota but if you belong to reserved category than you might have chance for AIQ.

Hope this will help you a lot,
Thank you.
Dear Sir / Ma'm, the cut-off for the 15% All India Quota counselling is generally very high around 550 and above for general and OBC category students. However, this cut-off decreases for the SC and ST category students. If you are not a SC or ST candidate, then you really do not have much chances in the AIQ. Whereas, you would have better chances in the state counselling irrespective of your category as states keep a lower cut-off than the AIQ.
