Dear aspirant, according to your percentile score in JEE MAIN examination your expected rank is about 60,830. The previous year cut off in gen. category was 89 percentile while for SC/ST it was 54 &44 . For OBC IT WAS 74 . The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff with this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
