Hello Anju,
You have scored 448 marks in NEET, also you belong to unreserved category. Thus combination is enough to tell you that you are not going to secure a seat in any Government medical college anywhere in India.
As you have Delhi domicile still you cannot fetch any of the government medical college in Delhi as the cutoff thus year have gone really high.
If you are some much passionate to wear the white coat then you should definitely go for a drop as you have no chance of admission this year.
