No there is no provision to correct the details in neet UG second phase but you can contact the NTA NEET official helpline numbers and mail them your query so they can help you .

There is no provision to correct the details in NEET UG second phase application. You can correct the details in first phase application only. You cannot apply once again for NEET UG this year. We would suggest you to contact the helpdesk once and enquire. The contact details are given below
