It's quite difficult to predict cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors. Since you have 192 marks in your NEET exam 2021, also you belongs to SC category. Considering the previous years cut-off trends and predictions made based on that, it is very difficult to get any college with 192 marks even if you are a student of SC Category. If you think of the chances of admission then it's hard to admit that with this score it is near to impossible.
