As per your rank which 2.54L I am sorry to say but it's difficult to get the allied health seat because the cut offs are high. Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
