Same answers for my both questions ..but according to cutoff its difficult to get rvr&jc cse branch in open category right ?

Hello,
In 2019 a candidate with rank 6035 secured seat in R V R AND J C COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING in Computer Science Engineering belonging to general category. Considering the previous year cut off you may not get seat in this college. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
