Is there any changes in syllabus of neet 2020?can you send the syllabus for it along with some preparation tips?

No there is no update regarding change of syllabus in NEET 2020.  It is supposed to be same like the previous year question paper.

Here are son preparation Tips: -

First of all go through the NCERT,  believe me each and every line of NCERT is important. Any line can be your question of next year.  fix your time table and follow it every day. Make your target of every day and make sure to complete it by time. Try to solve the questions of important topics and every chapter after completing it. Try to complete your syllabus ASAP and then jump into last year question paper. Solve at least last 5year question papers…

There has not been any mention of change in syllabus by NTA for the neet exam.It is supposed to be same like the previous year's syllabus only with a wider view.The examination, as will not be conducted by CBSE you can expect questions other than those form NCERT Textbooks.The expected syllabus of 2020 is as follows:
