Hello Aspirant,
See for this year only in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic, Indian government with discussion from the competent authorities responsible for JEE, announced the relaxation in class 12th percentage. It means that earlier the 75% marks were mandatory in class 12th for qualifying JEE-Main and appearing for counselling in JOSAA but for this year it has been removed.
Note that only for this year this relaxation is been provided from next year it will be conducted as usual. For sitting in JOSAA counselling you should have appeared in JEE-Main or JEE-advance or both and should passed class 12th and that's it.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
