is there any college level councelling in haryana to fill the still vacant seats after mop up?

hi surbhi,
in mop up rounds generally all the seats that remain vaccant after 2nd round of all the colleges are manually allotted to students who attend it based on their state ranks. it doesn't take place any particular college but all colleges in general.
