There is no suck course available offline at intermediate level to learn cybersecurity. Moreover, there are courses available online for assistance (like MOOC platform) that offer education from top universities across globe.

To become an ethical hacker you need to go through a whole process of learning programming languages like C, C++, PHP, PYTHON, BASH, HTML.

So, in order to learn basic concepts you can opt for degree courses in

• Computer Applications
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Information Systems

Yes you can do a course on ethical hacking after 12th ,but if you do a Bsc in computer science or in IT, that will boost your chances of becoming an ethical hacker and also hacking is a skill based work and you need a good range of mastery in this field then only you can have a chance if becoming a data security officer or you can have a job of bug finder and there are several fields and its a never ending field,you can earn a lot.
