Yes there is a course called Bachelors in Marine Engineering which is for 4 years and is provided by many private colleges in our country.
The eligibility is as follows: You must have at least 60% in 12th standard Science from any recognised educational board. Along with this minimum 50% in English in either 10th or 12th.
Some institutes also take your medial test so that you are not facing from any disability or any disease that might kill your career in this field.
There is an entrance exam IMUCET related to this field.
Also there are one year and two year diploma courses in marine engineering courses. You can do that too after your graduation from any other field

In inter if you got 55% above marks in physics ,chemistry and mathematics then you can join in BE .This is the 4 Years course divided into 8 semesters.
