After completing diploma in Automobile engineering, you can opt for B.Tech degree course. You can take admission through lateral entry.  You can also opt for PG Diploma in automobile.

Also, as you have asked about Industrial Automation system design course. There is a PG diploma course in Industrial Automation system design. It is offered by National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology,Calicut. Eligibility crietria is BE /B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Chemical Engineering/ Applied Electronics and Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Mechatronics / Computer Science.
