Is there any criteria of lateral entry for Diploma holders from other state?

The admission criteria varies to the colleges & states. Some colleges admission is based on their own Entrance test & some admission is based on state level entrance test.
Kindly mention which state or college you wish to take the admission so that you can get answer of your query.
