Is there any cutoff marks for physics,chemistry,biology subjects in Neet ?(according to NTA)...

There is no sectional cutoff for any individual subjects. The total aggregate score is considered as such, both of 12th score to fulfill eligibility criteria, as well as the NEET score to calculate the cut off.

You should pass with at least 50% total score in the 3 core subjects in 12th standard. For OBC/ SC/ST categories, this minimum score is 40% and it is 45% for PWD category.

As for the NEET cut off score, you should score at least 40 percentile so as to qualify the examination.

NEET UG is the entrance exam for admission to the medical, dental colleges in the country (except AIIMS and JIPMER).
There is no sectional cutoff in the NEET UG exam. Candidates are required to qualify the overall qualifying cutoff to be eligible to apply for admissions. Candidates must fulfill the eligiblity criteria to be eligible to apply for exam.
I shall explain you the detailed eligiiblity and admission criteria of NEET UG.

Eligibility Criteria
According to the NEET UG eligibility criteria, candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects in Class 12th and must have qualified the Class 12th exams.
Candidates are also required to pass individually in all these subjects.

-Candidates belonging to the Unreserved categories must have scored 50 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

-Relaxation in the minimum marks required in the qualifiying examination is given to the candidates belonging to the reserved categories. Reserved category and PH reserved candidates must have scored 40 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

- Physically Handicapped candidates must have scored 45 percent marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Now, cutoff means the minimum marks that are required to qualify the entrance exam. Qualifying cutoff is released along with the NEET result.
NEET 2019 result is expected to be released by 5 une 2019. Through the NEET Cutoff, candidates get to know their qualifying status.

Qualifying cutoff is different for different categories. Candidates who have scored the qualifying cutoff become eligible to apply for admission to medical/dental colleges.
Every college declares its own cutoff for admission.

NEET 2018 Qualifying cutoff marks for category wise is as follows-
Unreserved (UR)- 119 NEET Marks
Unreserved Physically Handicapped (UR-PH)- 107
Scheduled Caste (SC)- 96
Scheduled Tribe (ST)-96
Other Backward Classes (OBC)-96
SC-PH- 96
ST-PH- 96
OBC-PH- 96
