Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
In Maharashtra, the MHT (Maharashtra common entrance test) is given to students who wish to enroll in a variety of educational programs, including medical, engineering, and agricultural classes, as well as law, management, and MCA programs. There are a variety of exams to choose from for each of the courses. Health-related fields such as medicine, engineering, and agriculture may benefit from MHT-CET research.
Protecting America's Export Quota:
There are 5 percent of total seats reserved for MHT CET for children of Defence Service Personnel and Ex-Defence personnel, including those killed or permanently disabled in action, in dental/ayurved/unani colleges and government/municipal corporation/government-aided medical and some related health science courses.
Military quotas can be broken down into the following groups:
In order to meet quota requirements, there are three different forms of defense. Here are a few instances:
Former military personnel's children, daughters, and spouses who live in Maharashtra are included in this category.
Children, wives, and parents of active-duty military personnel stationed in Maharashtra are included in this group.
Candidates seeking the defense quota reservation for Def-1 and Def-2 seats must meet the following criteria:
Members of the Indian Armed Forces who have served five years or more and are covered by the Indian Army Act, Indian Navy Act, or Indian Air Force Act are eligible to apply. The term "ex-serviceman" encompasses anyone who has served in the military but has been honorably discharged, was permanently crippled, or was killed in action. To be eligible for this category, a candidate must have a certificate from the issuing authority or Zilla Sainik Board in Maharashtra.
Disabled or deceased military personnel may be exempt from the five-year active duty requirement if they are disabled or killed in combat. Restriction will be given only in the event of disability or death, as documented by a valid certificate.
To be considered for a post in the Def-1 or Def-2 category, a candidate must produce the following documents:
candidate's military identification card from their father or mother
A certificate proving residency in Maharashtra must be produced.
The certificate of domicile should be issued by a District Magistrate, Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, or Tehsildar.
Candidates from the Def-1 and Def-2 categories with SSS/HSC diplomas from states other than Maharashtra will not be discriminated against.
the active-duty military service member's son, daughter, or spouse who has been relocated to Maharashtra State from another state and who is not a resident of Maharashtra must be included in the meaning of def3.
Candidates must achieve the following criteria in order to be eligible for the defense quota reservation for Def-3 seats:
A member of the armed forces who is not a resident of Maharashtra but has been transferred there for reasons of public importance may submit a Preference Form before the deadline.
To apply for a position in Maharashtra, a member of the Indian Defense Forces must be stationed in the region on the last day of submission in order to complete the Preference Form.
One must pass the entrance exam to be eligible.
Each of the conditions above must be verified with a certificate issued by the issuing authority in proforma, as well as any necessary and acceptable documentation to support it.
