Is there any difference b/w 10th and 12th marksheet and certificate? Plz explain.

Both mark sheet and certificate are the same if you study in the CBSE and State board schools. Mark sheet will show you the total marks you obtained in your board examinations whereas certificate will state that, you have passed in the respective board examination.
