The most notable difference between B.Sc Physics (Hons) and B.Sc in Physics and electronics is the duration. B.Sc Physics and electronics is a 3 year degree course whereas B.Sc (Hons) Physics is 4 years long.

There's also a difference in curriculum as B.Sc Physics and Electronics focuses more on a practical approach as opposed to B.Sc (Hons) Physics which primarily focuses on theoretical and research based approached.

You can choose any subject which you find suitable for you. If you want to do BSc Hons then you have to choose other college option.
