Yes, Candidates are not allowed to wear clothes with long sleeves, dresses with big buttons, or dark and tight clothes. They are advised to wear light-coloured weather appropriate loose clothes. Examinees will have to wear open toed sandals or slippers. Those wearing shoes will not be allowed inside. Girls should strictly avoid ornaments such as a metal ring.

In ICAR Exam the given below code should be followed:
all candidates must cover their mouth and nose with face mask. They may also wear gloves and face shields.
Candidates are not allowed to wear clothes with long sleeves, dresses with big buttons, or dark and tight clothes. They are advised to wear light-coloured weather appropriate loose clothes.
Examinees will have to wear open toed sandals or slippers. Those wearing shoes will not be allowed inside. Also, only jewellery worn for religious reasons is permitted.
Boys can wear half sleeve shirts or T-shirt and trousers or simple pants. Kurta pyjama is not allowed.
Girls are not allowed to wear clothes having elaborate embroidery, flowers and brooches. Dresses with big pockets and fashionable jeans are also not permitted
No there is no dress code for ICAR Exam. You can wear any dress which is convenient for you. The admit card of UG programmes for ICAR AIEEA 2020 was released on September 8, at icar.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download ICAR AIEEA 2020 admit card by entering their application number and selecting their date of birth. The ICAR 2020 exam is scheduled to be conducted on September 16, 17 and 22. You need to take the following documents for the examination
Print copy of e-Admit Card downloaded from NTA website
One passport size photograph same as uploaded on the Online Application Form for pasting on the specific space in the attendance sheet at the Centre during the Examination.
Any one of the authorized Govt photo IDs
PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category
