Not really, you wont have any as such effect on your career with a BCA from Private College or Universities as its a very introductory degree as far as the Computer Science & Software Ecosystem is concerned. For better Career scope and Job Prospects anyway youll require pursuing MCA from some of the Good NITs, Top Public or Private Universities, leading to a strong career in the IT/Software/Services Sector.

The only role played by the college is that it adds extra points to your resume. So you should go for a good college . In India it's good to go for studying in a government college as it's seems pretty reputed to everyone but there are some private colleges whose reputation is equivalent to a government college.
