Is there any engineering college which gives seat on the base of 12th class marks?

You can take admission in ample amount of private colleges based on intermediate marks such as KIIT in Bhubaneswar Odisha and others are there but it's better if you attend their private entrance tests which can confirm you a seat no matter how much you score all depends on as much as you are paying them fees.

It doesn't mean that you can get admission only on the basis of 12th marks. But your JEE score, your performance in the university tests etc are also the eligibility criteria.
