Is there any engineering course related to fashion technology in VIT?
Yes, VIT has B.tech in Fashion Technology. Traditionally Fashion designing is related to B.Sc programme if you see all the NIFTs, They all have B.Des & B.Sc Fashion design but in Tamilnadu B.tech in Fashion Technology is very popular programme because of very rich culture in Coimbatore for the fabric & textile Industry so VIT Chennai has B.tech in Fashion technology programme.
B.tech in Fashion technology shouldn't be something in drawing or Textile base. It is basically Textile Engineering, All the fabric or anything come out from nano fibers, It is all technology based not production based.
