AS you did not mention what course or degree you are planning to applying. i am assuming that for ug  or for pg level. yes,  you have take the general  entrance exam  like IELTS, TOEFL for english proficiency exam you have get score minimum 6.5 band in ielts and toefl  in 95  and you have german language proficiency test such as german language examination for university exam ug candidates have pass the level1 and pg should pass the level 2 ,Testdaf where ug candidates should have four points in each section whereas for the pg 14 point or higher. Depending upon the course they may ask for aptitude test score.
