Yes there will be Tamil Nadu Agriculture University (TNAU) entrance exam for b.sc agriculture will be conducted for which the registration will start from 18th May 2019 to 17th June 2019. Also, its publication of rank list will be declare on 22nd June 2019.

Yes, there are different entrance exams for BSc agriculture in India.
Agriculture is a state subject in India, so different states have different entrance exams & private universities provide management seats for BSc agriculture in India.
AIEEA (All India Entrance Exam for Agriculture) is a national level exam which is conducted by ICAR (Indian Council of Agriculture Research) which has 15% reserved seats in all government agriculture universities. They also provide scholarships if you get selected through AIEEA.
Private universities like Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur provides management seats for BSc agriculture.
