Esic has started medical colleges across India to cater medical services to insured persons. It has 9 medical colleges all over India. Some seats are reserved for insured person children i.e who are contributing to the esic over the period of 3 to 5 years have the reservation to avail medical seats and it is filled through dghs, govt of India every year with NEET rank.

The reservation is not applicable to esic staff.It is only for insured persons and their family income must be below 6 lakh per annum
