Is there any exam centre for aiims in UAE.if yes,can I further change my exam centre?

Dear Sir/Ma'm, there is no examination centre in UAE for the AIIMS entrance test. It will be held only in the selected citites of India on 25th and 26th of May, 2019. Once you have been allotted an examination centee, you are not allowed to change it whatsoever.
