Hi Anshu,
For people completing their UG outside the country but interested in practicing in India, FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) is conducted annually. Getting a pass certificate in FMGE is mandatory for foreign medical graduates to be registered as medical practitioners in India.
Just like other competitive examinations, this examination is also not too easy to crack. But with hard work and will power, it ain't impossible.
Besides practicing in India, pass certificate in FMGE also serves as an eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET PG.
Hello,
Indian students who go abroad for a medical degree have to clear a mandatory test on their return for doing practice here.It is the MCI screening test conducted by the National Board of Examination.
Yes its difficult to crack the exam but its not impossible. MCI Screening Test has been set at a post graduation level and that is why sometimes students face issues while solving the papers. Make sure you finish off all your syllabus in every subject of preclinical, paraclinical and clinical categories.
For those students who really struggle to complete the study or find a place where you can time yourself to answer certain number of test papers, FMGEOnline is the perfect place to do so. You get enough time for revision and solving previous year papers on this site. The site has come up with Unique program wherein they have taken care of all the typical challenges faced by (PG/AIIMS / DNB / FMGE) Entrance preparing students.
If you are struggling with completing your syllabus (Because there are so much to study with so much study material around that it is difficult to figure out what to learn and what to leave) or revision is your biggest challenge I seriously suggest you JOIN this program.
Hope this helps....
