No there is no state level examination held in Karnataka for admission into medical colleges for courses like MBBS, BDS, etc. NEET UG score is only accepted by colleges for giving you a seat in medical courses. So you have to clear neet itself and you can apply thorugh state quota for  Karnataka medical colleges if you belong from Karnataka otherwise you have to apply through all india quota. Fot this year the registration dates have passed so you can try next year if you have not registered for this year.
