Hey,
For Masters in dental surgery in NUS Singapore, the eligibility criteria are as follows:

A basic dental degree (bachelor's degree or any equivalent degree) is required.
You have to give TOEFL or IELTS. The minimum score for TOEFL is 580( paper based), 273(computer based), 92(internet based) and for IELTS, the score should be 7+.
There are some health requirements for which one has to undergo check ups of Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV.
Candidates have to pass part I MDS examination which is based on aspects of anatomy, dental anatomy and histology, physiology, pathology and microbiology that demonstrate the fundamental principles and processes, and their clinical application.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed and may be required to take manual dexterity test.
