Hey Sarvesh,
As per indian Government there are 5% seats reserved for Fee Waiver in every College. IIITs are public private colleges. As ive checked online there is no fee wavier seat in IIITs but You can apply for UP government Fees Reimbursement or Scholarship which is available for every candidate of all the categories.
