IS THERE ANY FLAWS IN THE TNEA TENTATIVE ALLOTMENT . I AM NOT GIVEN SEAT UNDER BC CATEGORY MY ALLOTED CATEGORY IS OC. WHY? PLEASE HELP

They might not verify your category successfully. Make sure you submitted correct documents. If so, please contact them as soon as possible. It might be a flaw from their side. So it will be rectified soon after they recieve your complaint. It sometimes happens that certificates don't upload properly in their systems.
