Your query is not clear. Are you asking about the reservation in GATE or IIT's? Nevertheless there is no reservation for girls in GATE. If you are an undergrad from IIT you are exempted from appearing for GATE exam, provided you have a CGPA of 8.0 and above.

If not you can appear for GATE, and take admission through your GATE score. Also the reservation is for SC/ST/PD candidates of IIT, wherein they will be given a relaxation of 0.5 in the CGPA for admissions.
