As you asked so there's no any such subject in your class 11th. Once done your 11th and 12th entry into this field by taking admission in hotel management clg and then you'll get those subjects in your first year directly.

Sorry to say but there is no such specific subject with respect to hotel management in class 11.

If you want to persure hotel management as a carrier you first need to complete your  12th after that you can opt for various colleges across India as well as abroad.

Colleges may ask you to clear their entrance and if you will be able to clear the exam you will be selected.
