There is No IITs as such providing this ni he Specialization.
However, there is subdomain branch of Automobiles where you get to learn on Robotics and Automation in colleges namely IIT Delhi, IIT roorkee, IIT Hyderabad.
Delhi branch is by far recommended and the best as Average Placements are 12lakhs and highest Placements in Robotics role offered by Schlumberger at 33LPA.
Overall 95oercent Placements recorded on average in past 4 years as per trends at IIT Delhi for this branch.
