is there any interview after qualifying MSC entrance exam of Amu/JMI in zoology or botany honours or or biotechnology or i will get direct admission?

Hey there!
Once you qualify the MSc entrance, you will simply have to go through a short process of counselling where they would ask you short questions like why did you choose that college or why that particular subject and what would you want to do next. It hardly lasts for about a minute and it isn't mandatory that each student would have to go through this process.
Regardless of this short counselling process, once you crack the entrance, your seat is guaranteed in that course, in the college. Hope this helps. Good luck!
