Well Job opportunities are low for a 12th commerce. There can be few jobs like teaching in some private classes or accountant but if you want to earn good then go for graduation. There are many different courses in commerce for graduation like -

• Bcom

• BBA

• BMS

• BBS

• BAF

• BBI

• Bcom LLB

You can also do MBA after your undergraduation which is a good field.

As I can see you want to know that whether any job available after 12th commerce. I would like to inform you that you can apply for the government jobs like clerk, post master after 12th and many more jobs as per the requirement. In private sector you can work in BPOs. But if you have complete your graduation then lots of opportunity will open for you.
