Hello Aspirant,
No there is no lateral entry into MBBS after competition of Bsc Nursing, because this discussion was going on between the concerned officials of the government of India and they were planning to approve this so that lateral entry would be implemented but the decision is not approved till now so you won't be getting lateral entry
