is there any law currently made by mci or dci that prohibits dentist from practicing skin based facial Esthetics ?
Hi. The demand for aesthetic dentistry is increasing as more people are interested in cosmetics. There is no restriction as to whether dentists can perform facial aesthetic treatments, but there is a restriction to its extent. What you can do is injectable treatments and botox along with other minor procedures. There are certified institutes offering a wide plethora of courses which enable a dentists perform such procedures.
