Is there any mandatory of work experience to do mba

It is not mandatory to have work experience to go for a MBA in India. A lot of freshers after their UG get into b-schools every year. But it actually depends on which domain you are interested in. If you want to go for consulting or IT and analytics then having work experience works in your favour. Same goes for the operations domain as well. But if your interest lies in sales and marketing or finance then your chances are better as a fresher as these domains prefer them.
However personally I feel that 1-2 years of experience is the best kind as its neither too high not too low and it can help you pursue any domain.

If you are going to pursue MBA degree in India then apart from Indian school of business, Hyderabad almost all.the colleges gives admission to freshers and work experience students.
Having a work experience and then doing MBA is little good as you get perks while selection process and also during placement time when many companies prefer a specific field work experience students.
But being a fresher has its own perks as most of the marketing companies prefer fresher students. You don't need to worry about being fresher as in every college there are 25-30% students fresher who end up well after completing their MBA degree.
All the best!!
