I am commerce student and I want to take admission in lsr for mass communication is there any deduction for subject change

lady shri ram college for women is a college under University of Delhi. And in university of delhi there is a deduction of around 2.5% for change of stream. This guideline has to be followed by all the colleges of Delhi University. So there will be deduction in lsr too.
