The criteria remains the same. You should be 17 atleast by December 31st of 221 and also to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. To be eligible for neet 2021 , what all one needs is to must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st.

And one has to be at least 17 years old or more by  31st  December 2021.

Nationality:

• Candidates who are Indian Nationals/ PIO/ NRIs/ OCI/ Foreign nationals are eligible to apply through NEET for admission in various Medical/ Dental institutions as per the framed regulations.

Age Criteria:

• Applicant must have completed 17 years of age during admission or before 31 ^st December of the year of admission.
• There will be no upper age limit to apply for NEET.
• There is no limit on number of attempts to apply for NEET.

Qualification:

• Qualifying Exam: Students should have passed 12 ^th level or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
• Qualifying Subjects: Students should have passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English as mandatory subjects in 12th level.
• Qualifying Marks: Candidates in the 10+2 level should have obtained 50% marks taken together in PCB. Those who belong to unreserved/ ST/SC/OBC category should have obtained 40% marks and for PWD candidates, it is 45% marks.
• Foreign nationals: Students who have been educated abroad and are planning to take admission in medical colleges of India should have passed their 12 ^th level with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology & English subjects with 50% marks recognized by AIU as per MCI regulations.
• Appearing: Students appearing in the 12 ^th level exams will be also eligible to apply for NEET.
