The review petition hasn't been listed by the court so far, advocates involved in the case are asking students to not rely much on the review petition as the exams are just a few days away.So do not think much about that and keep preparing.

As far as now the Neet is going to conduct on 13th of September and there is no further information about the petition and if supreme court will cancel or postpone the Neet and JEE exams. The logic behind not postponing and cancelling the exam is there are so many students who are waiting for these exams to takes place so that their academic session can be started, while with the delay of these exams every procedure will be delayed. from the exam to the counselling and to the beginning of new session..
