Is there any option for seat upgradation after getting seat in a college in UP state counselling????

There is definitely a option for seat upgradation in UP counseling. The option is called as FLOAT, which means that you'll get a new seat or if your seat gets upgraded to new college according to your choice filling, then your old seat won't be considered or will get cancel, and your new seat is your final seat now.
