Yes, some colleges give options of electing some subjects according to your interest every semester.
Some subjects are compulsary for all where as some depends on the choices of students.

In many colleges there are options of choosing the subjects as per the interest of students but that is not their in all the colleges so student need to verify it accordingly. Also there are some elective subjects which can be chosen after 2nd year but this facilities is not provided in all the colleges .
