Hey ratnaraj!
Till date , there is no provision for offline payment of counselling fee. All the AP PGCET qualified candudates have to pay the AP PGCET counselling fee in online mode only within the allotted time.
You can pay the fee by logging onto your portal on the official website of AP PGCET.
